Each week be guided through a postnatal yoga class to gently support your postnatal recovery, and strengthen your pelvic floor & core. Learn meditation & breathwork techniques to calm your nervous system. Following class stay around and enjoy time to connect with like-minded mums with babies of a similar age in a safe and supportive mother’s circle.
