A new type of mothers club

Hi, I’m Meghan 👋

Motherhood cracked me wide open. Despite being a yoga teacher and trained postpartum doula, nothing could have prepared me for the immense shift that came with having my first baby. My world was flipped upside down. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to find my way through the fog of early motherhood—one unsteady step at a time.

I realised that while so much focus is placed on preparing for birth, far less is said about what comes after. The identity shift. The loneliness. The need for deep, unwavering support.

That’s why I created MothersClub, a space for women to feel held, nurtured, and understood from preconception through their baby’s first year. A place where yoga, movement, and community come together to support the full journey of matrescence. Because motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone.

We live in a world where we have lost the ancient art of village building, Mothers Club is here to change that!

Mothers Club is a warm and welcoming space for expecting and new mums in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Through yoga, community circles, and postpartum care, we help women feel empowered, supported, and connected throughout their journey into motherhood.

Our Mission

At Mothers Club, we believe that motherhood is a journey best shared. From the moment you dream of becoming a mother to your baby’s first birthday and beyond, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Founded by Meghan Harding, a dedicated yoga teacher and Ayurvedic postpartum doula, MothersClub was created to provide full continuity of care. Offering a safe, nurturing space where women can move, connect, and be truly supported in every stage of motherhood.

Through prenatal and postnatal yoga, community gatherings, and holistic postpartum care, we help mothers feel strong, informed, and deeply held, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Because you deserve more than just advice. You deserve a village.
