This 5-week Mums & Bubs Yoga series is designed to help you reconnect with your body, strengthen your pelvic floor and core, and nurture your well-being while bonding with your baby.
Each week be guided through a postnatal yoga class to gently support your postnatal recovery, and strengthen your pelvic floor & core. Learn meditation & breathwork techniques to calm your nervous system. Following class stay around and enjoy time to connect with like-minded mums with babies of a similar age in a safe and supportive mother’s circle.

Week 4: Returning to Work
Share openly about the emotions and logistics of going back to work, and gain strategies to navigate this transition with more ease and confidence.

Leah is an intuitive and compassionate postpartum doula, Overe practitioner in specialised kinesiology, and pre- and postnatal yoga teacher based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She offers new mothers deep reverence and nurturing care as they begin life with their baby, gently guiding them through the profound transition from maiden to mother.
