Why Mothers Club?

Motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone. At Mothers Club, we believe in the power of community, movement, and shared experiences.

This is your space to:

✨ Move with intention – Our prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are designed to support your changing body, ease discomfort, and help you feel more grounded—through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

🤍 Find your village – Motherhood can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Here, you’ll meet like-minded mums who get it—the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

🌿 Embrace matrescence – Becoming a mother leaves no woman as it found her. It unravels and rebuilds her. It cracks her open, takes her to her edges. It’s both beautiful and brutal, often at the same time. We offer space to honour this transition with knowledge, connection, and support.

💫 Fill your own cup – Because when you take care of yourself, you show up as a more present, loving, and connected mum, partner, and friend.

My intention for you: Come as you are. leave feeling held, seen, and supported.

Testimonals

I joined prenatal yoga at 10 weeks, finding the space and time to focus on me and my growing bub. The classes and community helped me to feel strong and prepared for birth and beyond.

I am so grateful to Meghan for her classes, and for the compassionate support she provides for all stages of the journey into parenthood.

I was so excited to join Meghan’s mums and bubs classes once my little one arrived! They’ve been such a breath of fresh air each week for both of us. It’s been a beautiful way to make more connections, and the weekly circles create a safe space to share and chat about different topics.

I began Meghan's class at 12 weeks filled with excited but with hints of anxiousness around birth. This feeling soon settled after spending my Sundays in pre-natal classes. The yoga allowed me to move my body for how I needed that day, whilst Meghan and the rest of the group chatted through what was on our minds. It quickly became my favourite part of the week.

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question? Get in touch
I’ve never done yoga before — can I still join?

Absolutely. Our classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible to all experience levels, including complete beginners. Whether you’re pregnant or postpartum, you’ll be gently guided through practices that support your body and mind at every stage.

When in pregnancy can I start?

You’re welcome to join any time after 12 weeks gestation, earlier with your care provider’s approval. Our classes are designed to support you through all trimesters, right up until birth.

What’s included in the prenatal series?

Each week includes yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation, journaling prompts, and moments of connection. You’ll also receive a gift bag and access to our private WhatsApp group for community support between classes.

Can I join if I’m planning a C-section?

Absolutely. These classes honour all birth preferences and paths. Our aim is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported, wherever and however you birth.

What happens if I miss a class?

We understand things come up. While we don’t offer pro rata pricing or make-up classes as standard, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you if space allows or in special circumstances.

When can I start postpartum yoga?

Most mums join from 6 weeks postpartum, but the right time is when you feel ready. We recommend checking in with your care provider before starting.

What does a typical class look like?

Each session includes a 45-minute postpartum-friendly yoga practice, followed by a 45-minute Mother’s Circle with tea, conversation, and guest speakers. It’s as much about connection as it is about movement.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to join?

Not at all. These classes are gentle and focused on rebuilding strength, releasing tension, and meeting your body exactly where it’s at. Beginers and advanced yogis all welcome.

What if my baby is unsettled during class?

Please don’t worry this space is designed with that in mind. You can stop, feed, bounce, cuddle, or step outside at any time. No one expects your baby (or you!) to be “perfect.”

How soon post-birth can you treat me?

Belly binding can be worn within 3 days of giving birth or as soon as mum is feeling ready.

I had a C-Section birth. Would this be benefital?

Yes! It is recommended that you wait until after 6 weeks for your scar to heal, but belly massage can be incredibly beneficial for reducing scar tissue, pain, or sensitivity.

Where will the treatment take place in my home?

I don't bring a massage table so your bed or sofa are ideal.

What massage oil do you use?

I use organic sweet almond oil or sesame-based abhyanga oil with breastfeeding-safe essential oils. Please let me know if you have allergies at time of booking.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we can work together to create a payment plan that suits you when purchasing multiple visits.
