🤍 Find your village – Motherhood can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Here, you’ll meet like-minded mums who get it—the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
🌿 Embrace matrescence – Becoming a mother leaves no woman as it found her. It unravels and rebuilds her. It cracks her open, takes her to her edges. It’s both beautiful and brutal, often at the same time. We offer space to honour this transition with knowledge, connection, and support.

The heart behind Mothers Club, Meghan Harding, is a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic postpartum doula, and a mother who deeply understands the transition into motherhood. Inspired by her own journey, she created this space to support and empower new mums through authentic community, movement, and honest conversations.
